  2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS • Demolitions and abatements are to be submitted separately. • Revisions/cancelations will be handled in the One Stop e-Cabinet. Make sure you print a copy of the notification as you will need the Doc ID#. Also, do not forget to press the “submit” button. • Emergency Renovations require prior discussion and approval. • Project date revisions after the expiration date will not be accepted by the system. An original notification will have to be submitted. • Abatement or Demolition contractors may not be changed/revised. An original notification will have to be submitted. • Ordered Demolition – a signed copy of the official Order must be attached to the submission. • Attachments - please make sure the extension has only 3 character. Presently the system does not accept 4 extension characters, i.e. xxx.docx or xxx.xlsx, etc. • After submission you can check the Internet based NESHAP Asbestos Notification Search page at: http://www.deq.state.mi.us/asbestos_notifications/Pages/AbSearch.aspx • If you have problems “submitting” it may be a Browser issue. Try changing your Browser. • If LARA MIOSHA Asbestos Program requires a submittal, preview the completed online form, print the form, sign and mail the copy.

Features • Can delegate as many users to enter notifications as you want • Attach a schedule for more complex jobs and copy of the order for ordered demos • Copy feature allows you to copy a previously submitted notification – creates a new notification. • Revise on-line by going to e-cabinet and enter your doc #, make changes and submit • Print notifications – looks the same

  5. Reminder!!!! Revisions to the start date must be done on or before current start date Revisions to the end date must be done on or before the end date You must complete each required field -OR you will get error message and wont be able to submit
