  6. Before you Play Stretching your arms and legs is very important. It reduces your risk of injury. Be sure to throw from short distances before gradually getting farther

  7. Hitting The Ball 3 Strikes and you’re out 4 Balls and you walk Over the fence is a Homerun!!

  8. Fielding the ball When the ball is hit you want to throw the runner out at First Catch the ball in the air for an out Can get more than one out at a time

  9. Preparations A well watered field Make sure catchers are fitted with gear
