  2. Checklist • Names in speaking order on cover slide • Each presenter’s name on his/her slides • Overview slide – main topics • One turn per speaker • Consistent font style/size • Consistent, nonintrusive background

  3. Checklist (cont.) • 6 x 6 rule • No complete sentences (no MVVs) • Parallel structure for bullets • Capitalization: initial-cap only first word of each bullet • No sound effects/spinning images

  4. Checklist (cont.) • Sufficient vocal level • Eye contact: look at entire audience • Note cards (not sheets or the paper) • Professional appearance – No hats, gum • Key to effective delivery: Rehearse • Team presentation length: 20-25 minutes
