Timberview High School First Annual Golf Tournament Supporting the Football and Baseball Athletic Clubs • Where: Mansfield National Golf Course • Date : Saturday May 3, 2014 • Time: 8:00 am Shotgun Start • Price: $100 entry fee per person • Discount price for already having a foursome: $375 per team • (Includes Green & Cart Fees, GPS, Putting Contest, Goody Bag, Raffle Ticket and Burger Buffet • Special Events: Longest Drive Contest, Putting Contest, • Closes to the Pin, Drive for Accuracy, Hole in One Prize, • Surprise Goodie Bags and Special Door Prizes • Hole Sponsorships: • Maroon: $500.00 or more contribution we will proudly display the name of your business/company on a sign at tournament and at a hole. In addition we will advertise your name on the website and will appear on the football program as a sponsor. • Black: $250.00 or more contribution we will proudly display the name of your business/company on a sign at tournament and at a hole • Silver: $100.00 or more contribution we will proudly display the name of your business/company on a sign at tournament Please join us for the 1st annual Timberview High School Football and Baseball Fundraiser. All proceeds will go towards the athletic Football and Baseball programs. ** Free range balls & donated rounds from MNGC and tournament services. – Thank you!!

Sponsorship The Timberview High School first annual golf tournament is designed to help our student athletes and our athletic programs with financial assistance as we embark on another successful academic and athletic school year. Your donation and involvement helps make this possible. We have three levels of contributions: All proudly display your company name/logo while offering particular incentives per level: Maroon: $500.00 or more contribution we will proudly display the name of your business/company on a sign at tournament and at a hole. In addition we will advertise your name on the website and will appear on the football program as a sponsor. Black: $250.00 or more contribution we will proudly display the name of your business/company on a sign at tournament and at a hole Silver: $100.00 or more contribution we will proudly display the name of your business/company on a sign at tournament Thank you for you generous donation.
