  4. The Anointing is Given to Make Us Excellent • Jesus did all things well – Mark 7:37 • The call on our lives is to be like Jesus, to a lost world • This means we, too, must do all things well • So at CLC we ask God for, • And rely upon, • the anointing, • in every class Christian Life College

  5. The Anointing is Given to Teach the Truth • Jesus said, “When he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it known to you.” – John 16:13-14 Christian Life College

At Many Colleges, Truth is not the Focus • After being raised in a good church, many students go away to a college setting that is hostile to Christian teaching and Christian practice • Some come home skeptical • Some come home wearied & wounded • Others don’t come home at all Christian Life College
