  5. Arrival No earlier than 7:30 am Car line begins at 7:30 am in the side parking lot. Form a single line. Pull all the way to the end of the covered area before students exit on the right side of the car only. Bikers Bus students will be dropped off in the front of the school.

  6. Arrival • Students go to breakfast before going to class. Except K the first 2 weeks. • The front of the school is for buses only until 8:00 am. • School begins at 8:00 am • After 8:00 am students report to the front office for a tardy slip. • Tardy students are to be walked to class by an adult.

  7. Cafeteria Universal Breakfast (All students eat free) Special Dietary Needs. Lunch Price - $2.25 Snack Bar How to send payment envelope labeled with student and teacher name, student lunch # Online pay - www.mypaymentsplus.com Free/ Reduced Meals complete application and submit for approval online or to cafeteria Birthday Treats No parties, can send store bought cookies or cupcakes to share at lunch Eating Lunch with Students Must prearrange with teacher. Please sign in at the office. Serve form required.

  8. Emergency Cards • Keep updated – If there is a change in phone, update card as soon as possible • Photo IDs required to sign out student • Only people on the card can pick up students Medications • All medicines have to be distributed by School Nurse/Health Assistant – Doreen Lewis • Have to have a prescription • No over the counter • Cough drops / Medicine • Creams • Tylenol/Aspirin

  9. Dismissal • No sign outs after 1:45 pm. (12:45 on Mondays) • Dismissal is at 2:15 pm. (1:15 on Mondays) • Car riders are picked up in the afternoon the same way as morning. • Walkers and bikers will be supervised in the media center and released at 2:30 pm. (1:30 on Mondays) • From 1:45 pm to 2:30pm the front driveway of the school is for buses only. (12:45-1:30 on Mondays) • If there is a change in the way home- Call or write note • Cannot change buses/stops
