  4. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Bruna’s sporting goods will be in the business of selling athletic equipment to people at every fitness level. With our knowledgeable staff we will provide an environment where everyone feels comfortable coming in to the store and asking for training advice and also discussing the equipment they would need. We fully expect to grow quickly. Bruna’s sporting goods would be successful due to all the products I would be selling. Bruna’s sporting goods has everything you can imagine. Our biggest competitor would be sports authority because they pretty much sell everything Bruna's sporting goods sells.

This employees will be helping out our customers and making our costumers happy so that they come again to the store and keep on buying us the sporting goods they need. Also, this business is expected to open April 30,2014. That day my business will be giving everything in the store buy on get the other 50%off.

  7. COMPANY DESCRIPTION • My business will be a retail sporting goods shop under direct management of a solo proprietorship in Pembroke pines. Juan Bruna would be the founder of this business. We would be introducing our latest produces to customers on the grand opening. I choose this type of business so that I could have solo responsibility in my business and have self management.

This franchise will also sell every sporting outfit available in the market. Our vision is to serve with a smile and tailor to everyone's needs with the lowest prices always.

I would also like to have my own website for the business so that I would get more customers to go to my business shop. There are major opportunities to get into this industry at this time. More people are shopping at sporting goods to get specialized equipment and outfits.

This is a promising area opportunity in this industry. The competition will be tough, but since there are more people shopping in these stores the opportunity for growth is immense.

  16. TARGET MARKET • Bruna’s Sporting Goods will focus on consumers from the age of 18 to 45. Market research shows that this age range is the most likely to purchase in this type of store. This is the age range that is most interested specialty items.

Consumers will be educated as to the proper size, style, fit, and design needed for their particular use. Since they were the pioneers of the industry they had this luxury. Bruna’s sporting goods will focus on customer service and having competitive prices.

  23. OPERATIONS • Bruna’s Sporting Goods will have a 60,000 square foot facility in a 7 acre lot to hold 200 cars. The building size will be slightly bigger than that of the Sports Authority to be able to have a broader selection.

  24. OPERATIONS • Bruna’s Sporting Goods workforce will be comprised of 100 fulltime employees and 50 student part time employees. The number of employees working at any given time will depend on the success of the business when it opens.

The computers will be programmed to perform self inventories to keep the inventory at hand always. The security system will monitor the entire store from a security room with personnel to monitor every lane.

I plan to entice top executives from competitors to come to my store for better salaries and hire a mix of experience and new talent to be able to give good employees the opportunity to grow professionally within the company.

  31. LONG TERM GOALS • My business has a number of long term goals. First, we will focus on obtaining best customer satisfaction in our category. Second, we plan on hiring the most qualified and trained employees in the business. Last, we plan to expand our franchise internationally.

  32. LONG TERM GOALS Our long term objectives will be met by having a good recruitment in our initial hiring process. The hiring process can not fail. The customers needs will be met only with the hard work of the employees, which is why they will get profit sharing. This will further promote the growth of the company and make it internationally known.

After ten stores I will start selling the franchise name.
