This strategic plan aims to boost DECA membership in the Mountain State by 10% in existing chapters and to increase new chapters by 20%. Through co-curricular activities, we aim to inspire students, foster connections with alumni and business prospects, and promote collaboration with other Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs). With a focus on effective communication, innovative marketing strategies, and recognition of stakeholders, we will engage all levels of our organization to ensure sustained growth and excellence.
