PACAL HEMATOLOGÍA CICLO 1311. QFB. IRAIS IPATZI ROJAS. Paciente femenino de 12 años de edad, que acude a revisión medica a causa de unos “moretones” imagen (A) que aparecieron exclusivamente en los miembros inferiores. La paciente no presenta fiebre ni dolor. Se realizan los siguientes estudios:

  1. PACALHEMATOLOGÍACICLO 1311 QFB. IRAIS IPATZI ROJAS.

  2. Paciente femenino de 12 años de edad, que acude a revisión medica a causa de unos “moretones” imagen (A) que aparecieron exclusivamente en los miembros inferiores. La paciente no presenta fiebre ni dolor. Se realizan los siguientes estudios: • Biometría hemática: Hemoglobina = 14.0 g/dL. Hematócrito = 39.1 % Eritrocitos = 4.6 x 106 /µL. VGM= 84.3 fL. HGM= 30.2 pg. CMHG= 35.8 g/dL. RDW= 13 % Reticulocitos= 1.9 % ( 88.2 x 103 /µL) Plaquetas= 418.0x103 /µL. Leucocitos totales = 20600/µL. Neutrófilos segmentados= 86% (17,716 µL) Neutrófilos en banda= 3.0% (618 uL) • Tiempos de coagulación: TP= 9.4 seg. INR = 0.95 TTP = 24.9 seg. • Factor reumatoide: Negativo • Antiestreplisina “O” = 3200 UI/mL. QFB. IRAIS IPATZI ROJAS.

  4. 1.- De la imagen “A” las lesiones corresponden a: • Hemorragia subperióstica. • Epistaxis. • Equimosis. • Hemartrosis. • Telangiectasias. QFB. IRAIS IPATZI ROJAS.

  5. 2.- De la imagen “B” responda la aseveración correcta: • Neutrófilo vacuolado. • Neutrófilo con granulaciones tóxicas. • Neutrófilo con cuerpos de Döhle. • Ninguna de las anteriores. QFB. IRAIS IPATZI ROJAS.

  6. 3.- De acuerdo a la imagen “B” su morfología se debe a: • Incremento de Interleucina 1. • Presencia de un piógeno. • Necrosis tisular, proceso inflamatorio. • Solo B y C. • A, B y C son correctas. QFB. IRAIS IPATZI ROJAS.
