  3. Research Question • 급격한 의료수요의 급증은 병원을 하나의 서비스업으로 생각하게 되었으며, 병원들은 “환자중심의 병원”을 표방하며 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 시작했다 (정석규, 2000). 그렇다면, 환자들에게 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위한 SNS는 충분히 환자들에게 좋은 서비스를 제공했는지에 대한 실증적인 연구가 부족하다. 그에 따라서; • 1) SNS 특징들은 환자-의사관계에 어떠한 영향을 주는가? • 2) 환자-의사관계는 어떠한 병원의 성과에 영향을 주는가?

Use SNS in healthcare • 955 million active users since Feb. 4, 2004 (Facebook report, 2012) • Broadly used for advertising, product development, and marketing intelligence (Cvijikj et al. 2011) • Also, SNS + Healthcare = new Healthcare system • SNS에서 시스템의 질과 서비스의 질이 고객의 만족도에 영향을 끼친다. (조경희, 김귀자, 2012) • Doctor’s SNS rapidly increased

Social capital • 사회자본이론 (Social Capital Theory) • 3가지 차원이 존재함 (Granoveter, 1992) • A) 구조적 자본(Structural Capital) • B) 인지적 자본 (Cognitive Capital) • C) 관계적 자본 (Relational Capital) • Trust, Long-term oriented, Satisfaction • 정의: • “상호 인지적 관계로부터 제도화된 지속적 관계망을 소유함으로써 현재적이고 잠재적으로 존재하는 자본” (Bouirdieu, 1986) • “친근감이나 서로가 알고 있는 관계의 제도화를 통해, 혹은 지속적인 연결을 통해 개인이나 집단이 실제적으로 또는 가상적으로 얻게 되는 이익이나 기회 그리고 자원의 총합” (Bouirdieu, 1986)

Social capital • 사회자본이론의 흐름 • Boirdieu - 제도화된 사회 네트워크를 소유하는데 필요한 자원들 (1986) • Coleman - 사회구성원들의 이익 추구를 위한 사회적 행동에 도움이 되는 사회 구조와 관계상의 자원들 (1988) • Putnam - 공유하는 목표를 위해 사회 구성원들이 함께 행동할 수 있게 하는 사회적 삶의 특징들 (1993) • Lin - 목표달성을 위한 행동을 함에 있어 동원되는 사회 관계상의 자원들 (1999) • Shah, McLeodd, Yoon - 공동 선을 위한 단체 생동을 조율하는 정보, 규범, 사회 관계상의 자원들 (1994) • Beaudoin&Thorson - 긍정적 행동과 결과를 가져오게 하는 사회 연계망과 신뢰 (1994) • 유대감(solidarity) & 협동(cooperation) 도 중요시함.

Relational Capital • Relational capital: 서로의 쌓인 신뢰와 오랜 기간 호혜적 책임과 의무를 수행할 때 형성된 사회적 자본의 한 차원으로 장기적인 관계에 대한 인지나 상대방에 대해 자연스럽게 형성된 관계자본 (Teece, 1986) • 1) Trust: • Lack of openness is positively associated with low trust (Martin Lindstrom and ElinAxen, 2004) • person’s perception of generalized trust of other people. • 2) Satisfaction: • Evaluation based on the fulfillment of expectations • 3) Long-term oriented
