COMMANDtrack • Tracking Screen • Displays all critical information about a day’s deliveries • Easy access to Dispatch functions • Monitors and helps maximize use of truck fleet • Allows the dispatcher to react to changing conditions • Ensures that planned service levels are reached COMMANDtrack for COMMANDseries

COMMANDtrack • Hands-On Practice • Click on calendar and change dates future and past • Click “Today” to return to today’s date • Click Prev and Next to change dates • Click + and – to change dates • Enter “Home” in the search box and press enter • Enter “2500” in the search box and press enter • Enter “Rogers” in the search box and press enter • Remove an order and confirm the totals changed at the bottom of the screen. • Use the Zoom control to change font sizes • Click on the various tab display options COMMANDtrack for COMMANDseries

COMMANDtrack • Hands-On Practice • Double click on the plant line • Double click on an order on the: • Address • Travel Time • Ordered Qty • Double click on a truck • Drag trucks from the Out of Service window to the Trucks in Yard window • Generate tickets for a few trucks on different orders. • Right click on: • Plant line • Truck • Order COMMANDtrack for COMMANDseries
