  2. Spectator Instructions The Rally cars can be viewed in service park Saturday morning prior to the 11.00 am start. A ceremonial start will be held for each car at 2 minute intervals opposite the Commercial Hotel in Alma St, Wowan at 11.00 am . To access the spectator point , from the front of the Commercial Hotel at Wowan, drive away from the highway along Pheasant Creek Rd . After 7 kms the spectator point will be on the left, at Romers Rd . Please park safely along side the main road , and walk 100 metres down Romers Rd to the spectator point. For your safety, and the safety of others, please follow the instructions of the safety Marshalls. There will be Course cars preceeding the Rally cars, 20 to 40 minutes in advance , to ensure the safety of the course. There will be 3 passes of the rally cars . 1st car will be due at the following times :1st pass at 12 noon , 2nd pass at 2.15 pm, and the 3rd pass at 6.10 pm. Rally cars may be viewed in the service park during service between stages . A presentation ceremony will be held at the Commercial Hotel from 8.30 pm.
