This presentation at the RDWG Symposium on Website Accessibility Metrics discusses the comparison between two accessibility metrics, eChecker and eXaminator, based on their scores. Through analysis of 1 million pages and user feedback from Portugal and Brazil, we examine the reliability of these accessibility tests. Have we created a 'Dow Jones' index for accessibility? The preliminary results from comparing these validators raise important questions about their effectiveness and reliability. Join us as we delve into the nuances of web accessibility metrics.
