  3. Background • The system should be automated system that is more flexible in use and more compatible with the communities techniques now a day. Our system will requires a number of PCs , some external devices, server and a web site . then we absolutely need specialist people to control and manage the system, it is also must be secure to save patient, doctors and other workers information and data.

  4. The Problem and reasons or (project idea) • The problems of the current system: • Manual system. • Files are faces damage and risks. • Waste of time and effort in the search for certain files. • Files take space in the clinic. • There is no security and confidential into files. • We were selected this problem to solve the problem the system has face, we can briefly show what we want to reach as : • provide space that the files takes in the clinic. • provide security and confidential files. • save time and effort when searching for a particular file. • possibility of filing for the longest possible period.

Objectives • minimize date entry errors . • provide more timely information. • provide more effective activities. • provide space they take the files in the clinic. • provide security and confidential files. • save time and effort when searching for a particular file. • possibility of filing for the longest possible period.

  6. The solutions • We just have a lonely solution that to change the system used in the clinic from the manual system to automated computerized system .

  7. Suitable solution and why • we have to change the system used in the clinic from the manual system (requires effort and time and the percentage of fault is large), to an automated computerized system (used computer and all applications benefit from the privileges) .

  8. Project Requirements (SW) • Software • Microsoft Office Suite • Photoshop program • A security software e.g. Norton Anti Virus and Kasper Sky Anti Virus • A program to manage the clinic files such as “Digital Jaket” program • Awap program to manage the server • FTP soft ware • A web site

Project Requirements (HW) • Hardware • Need 5 computers to the clinic included the following specifications: • H.D.D 250GB. • CPU 3.6 MHz. • 2048 MB RAM. • CD-ROM 86x. • 1.44 MB Floppy DISK DRIVE. • Displays.  • One server. • 5 “all in one” printers that included faxes. • Some network devices to connect all computers together.
