The Joint Transport Operations Centre or JTOC as it is also known is a joint venture between • NZ Transport Agency • The Crown Agency responsible for contributing to an affordable, integrated, safe, responsive and sustainable land transport system • Auckland Transport • A council controlled organisation (CCO) of Auckland Council combining the transport expertise and functions of eight former local and regional councils and the Auckland Regional Transport Authority (ARTA).
