  1. CASO No. 2 B.D. 64a masculino. DATOS CLÍNICOS Paciente diabético e hipertenso con dolor brusco e intenso en el hipocondrio izquierdo y un síndrome febril. Se palpa la punta del bazo que es dolorosa.

  2. Fig. 1: US corte sagital en HI donde se aprecia una esplenomegalia heterogénea con áreas hipoecoicas en su interior.

  3. Fig. 2: US Angio Power que muestra la pobre vascularización del bazo en su mitad superior.

  4. ¿CUÁL ES SU DIAGNÓSTICO? • Infarto esplénico. • Absceso esplénico. • Linfoma con infiltración del bazo • Hemangiomas esplénicos.
