Climate Change and Regional Development: Baltic Challenges and Opportunities Seminar Overview

The "Baltic Challenges and Chances for Local and Regional Development Generated by Climate Change" transnational seminar took place from June 11-12, 2009, at City Hall, Gävle, Sweden. Tasks for Target Areas • Data collection as basis for Target Book and preparation of vulnerability assessment • Who would be responsible for this process in the TAs?Who should be involved additionally? (regional workshop) • September 15th: CSPR sends out supporting material for vulnerability assessment to TAs • November 15th: completed work on vulnerability assessment • possible ideas of synergy of MITIGATION AND ADAPTATION in implementation cases (e.g. energy, transport)
