  4. Advanced Internet TechnologyNovember 11th – January 23rd 2002 & 2003 • 8 cutting edge researchers gave us lectures • Approx. 200 students joined the lecture • 42 students received completion certificate with grades • March26, 2003 Certification Award Ceremony

Human Resource Development Collaboration Program in Asia • Candidate researchers are selected through Advanced Internet Lecture series done in SOI ASIA environment. • Matching making of students and professors is done • Candidate researchers fill in the Application Form and write research proposal around A4 3 pages to apply for Japanese Government through SOI ASIA Project • Japanese Government selects the researchers and give them a fund for research stay in Japan from 1-3 months. • Researchers will do a term project during their stay in Japan • At the end of their research stay, students will do a final presentation in front of professors and submit research paper. • There will be a certificate award ceremony from SOI ASIA Project

The Graduate School of Science and Technology International Graduate Programs on Advanced Science and Technology Kick Off Ceremony • International Course will be broadcasted to SOIASIA partners in fall semester • http://www.st.keio.ac.jp/index-e.htm • 8 professors gave introductions of their lectures in English and approx.50 students joined the ceremony

  7. SOIASIA Operators Workshop2003 Spring • February 17th to 24th in Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand • 21 participants from 9 organizations in 5 countries • Topics • RR installation and SOI server installation • Trouble shooting • SKURAFUBUKI 3rd • Archive contents creation
