Biblical basis for this theme: Ephesians 2:8-10… 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

  10. PART ONE: HIS PART

  11. What has God done? What is God doing all around us?

  12. Romans 8:28 says… “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

  13. Part Two: Our Part “Because 1.we believe God is working all around us, 2.we will do the work He has in store for us.”

  14. The work we do becomes part of God’s work in progress. God does more than we can ever do, but we still have work to do.

  15. Colossians 3:23-24 “23Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”
