PTO Administrative Committee • Consists of Participating Transmission Owning companies (PTOs) • Transmission Operating Agreement (TOA) signatories • Has certain Section 205 filing rights • Transmission service terms & conditions, rates & charges, cost allocation methodologies • Interfaces with ISO-NE and stakeholders • NEPOOL and other processes • Votes on amendments to operative documents • TOA, Rate Design & Funds Disbursement Agreement, Attachment F Implementation Rule

Current PTO-AC Efforts • Updating RNS Rates effective June 1st • Draft informational filing to be posted on the ISO-NE website by June 15th; FERC filing on July 31st • Stakeholder presentations to be made at joint TC/RC summer meeting on July 27-28th • Improving coordination & communication with ISO-NE & stakeholders • PTO-AC Notification Protocol • Investigating sparing of critical PTF facilities • Equipment inventory, cost recovery, key issues • Researching PTO-AC website • Publicly available PTO-AC materials

PTO-AC Notification Protocol • Objective: Consistency of approach for PTOs’ filing notifications to ISO-NE and stakeholders • Pertains to unilateral PTO Section 205 filings & associated FERC decisions • Outlines process, format, & expectations for PTO notifications • Includes a Quick Reference Matrix of Section 205 filing requirements contained in the TOA • Unilateral PTO Filings • Joint PTO Filings • ISO Tariff Filings • TOA Amendment Filings • Provides a notification template for communication to ISO-NE & stakeholders
