  3. ABOUT FACILITIES dept. It is the Backbone of MEA. (we don’t just say that, we show that WE ARE THE BACKBONE OF MEA!! :p) It is a mixture of ,WORK done with SMART ATTITUDE and proper PLANNING, which makes it a SMART WORK.!! It is the most VITAL department of MEA.

  6. BRIEF OUTLINE OF THE WORK INVOLVED • Taking care of general arrangements like, arranging stalls, desks. • Booking venues. • Sponsor requirements • Event requirements.

  10. Gain contd.. The most important part of what you gain is the FIELD WORK experience , which you get. Which can be used as a triumph card during Placements, Internships. The work which you do in FR team will not leave any stone unturned in the Coordinator column of your Resume, when you write about role as a coordinator.

  11. The FR Department has a track record that, ALL of the previous years Facilities cores, from 2008 - 2014, have become the CUL-SECS and other SECRETARIES.
