Meeting Dates for Spring January 24th - TBD - 5:00 PM Leadership Summit - January 28 - 10 AM - 4 PM February 28th - TBD - 5:00 PM March 27th - TBD - 5:00 PM April 24th - TBD - 5:00 PM
Excused Absences • Policy has been changed • No longer required to request days off for a club event by census day • Must notify Student Activities at least 4 weeks in advance
Booking Rooms for Spring • Tier 3 and Governing Bodies priority registration for weekly meetings end this Friday • All other clubs can register one week before Dead Day

President's List Serve Disbanding • The list serve is permanently going down in favor of OrgSync • Important emails will be shot off to admins of groups • BSO has sent out an invite to all the presidents, treasurers, and advisors • Password still remains as bso2011 • Questions?
Club Fair • Registration is still open! • On our Orgsync Portal • Free to register and advertise • Location – Grand Ballroom • Date – February 3rd • Time – 10am-2pm • Space is limited • Food will be provided • Please register early • BSO is putting on the event to help clubs recruit • Suggestions or Ideas?
Election • Community Chair • Main purpose is to form a bridge between Golden and the clubs on campus • Appointment • Webmaster • Non-exec member to assist clubs on the technical aspects of club maintenance as well as maintaining the BSO website
Nominations • Community Chair • Webmaster • If more than one candidate, results of Community Chair will be announced this Friday via OrgSync
Attendance for Fall • All Tier 3 and Tier 2 clubs require 100% and 75% meeting attendance respectively • Meetings can no longer be made up come December 2nd • To make up a meeting email bcollins@mymail.mines.edu • Attend Office Hours and a BSO officer will go over what was missed during the meeting
OrgSync Training • Advanced Dues • Caitlin will demonstrate
Leadership Summit • Includes Keynote Speaker and Breakout Sessions • Held in the Student Center • 10am – 4pm • Lunch is provided • Registration opens on December 6th • Registration will close quickly so register ASAP • Required for all Tier 2 and Tier 3 clubs and cannot be made up

Treasurer Update • Document has been prepared for a restructuring of budget allocations • If approved, will be discussed at ASCSM on Thursday
Additional Information • Equipment sign up will now be online • This will be done through a google calendar • Advisor Lunch and Learns • Does anyone have suggestions on what they believe their advisor should be trained on?
