Drinking Etna • Breakfast. • Departure for the highest and most impressive volcano in Europe. • Guided tour of the summit craters and "Fire Brindisi (Cheers)" with sparkling Etna. • Departure to visit a farm and a Etna DOC wine cellar, in one of the mentioned places. Discovering the vineyard and around the fields on the back of a mule. You can taste wines and typical products of Etna. • Talking with the farmers, collecting medicinal herbs in the fields and cooking lunch.

The flavors of the Val di Noto • The suggestion of a small town with ancient history: Palazzolo Acreide with ancient Akrai. • It is famous for the preparation of hot ricotta and then tasting with hot homemade bread. • In Buscemi, you can taste food and visit the homes of ancient crafts farmers. In Buccheri, you can also see the charm of Baroque art, you can taste the best of “Iblea” tradition, if you are there in mid-August, there is one of the most important festival of medieval southern Italy: Medfest.

  10. The Wild South East • Breakfast. • Marzamemi and Portopalo are two beautiful marinas which are located in the far south of Sicily. • Tasting the fish and famous tomatoes from Pachino. Then a visit to a winery to taste the famous Nero d'Avola and the Cerasuolo di Vittoria. Lunch with fish as a base. • Then Vendicari, which is pristine coastal wetland area, it is ideal place for bird and nature watching.

  12. Catania and its lifestyle. • Walk through the historic center "between the Baroque and the lifestyle of Catania." Stop at some bar to consume the ritual of the granita. Pass by the legendary fish market where the folklore is mixed with the colors, sounds and smells of the ancient tradition of fish trade. • Transfer to a winery in the area of Etna villages with wine tasting and local products.
