  2. Cooking classes • The cooking course consists of three parts • The first is the supply of raw materials, led by F&B experts, the manufacturer and the chef himself. The research was divided in the choice of fish market, in the identification and collection of herbs and wild plants, the selection of meat or wine. The second part is the actual preparation of traditional Sicilian dishes, in which the customers, along with the chef, will learn the steps for the preparation of our recipes and will have the opportunity to experiment with their own apron and knives!
