CONCLUSIONES • La normatividad ambiental fija los parámetros sobre los cuales se debe realizar la explotación de los recursos naturales, con el fin de evitar el agotamiento de los mismo, siendo este el primer paso para la buena administración de los recursos naturales. • Es de derecho cumplimiento la normatividad ambiental asociada a cualquier tipo actividad. • Es necesario que los procesos productivos del país y la sociedad en general cumplan con la normatividad ambiental, puesto que permitirá encontrar el equilibrio entre producción, desarrollo y ambiente.
