  1. Customizable 6x4 postcards Just sold/Just listed Branded Postcards No. 1 Follow the instructions below to customize the templates. Save these templates locally on your computer before you start working on them: PC users: 1. Right-click the template (PPT file), and then click Save As on the pop-up menu.2. Choose a location to save the PPT file, enter a file name, and then click Save. Mac users: 1. Right-click the template (PPT file), and then click Save Link As (Chrome, Firefox) or Download Linked File (Safari) on the pop-up menu.2. Choose a location to save the PPT file, enter a file name, and then click OK.

  2. Make this template your own! • Open the PowerPoint file you have downloaded • Each postcard template has a front (slide 4) and a back (slide 5). Edit each and save each side individually • Replace each image on the template with the images you want to display on your postcard • Recommended sizes for images:Listing photo – 1831 x 1240 pxProfile photo – 315 x 345 pxLogo – 459 x 125 px • Replace the text in each box. We recommend keeping the amount of text close to what you find in the template. If you need more text, use a smaller font but never smaller than 9pt. • Make sure the information is kept within the limits provided in the next slide • Export as PDF, choose the Standard (publishing online and printing) radiobox option • ! Important note! • For best quality when printing we recommend using a 300dpi quality for the photos you will paste into the template.

  3. Trim Safe margin Use these guides on your postcard to ensure that the information provided will not be cut while printing. Please delete the trims before you save the document as they will show up in print. Images and color blocks should extend to the trim line.Text should only extend to the dotted line/safe margin.
