LISTA RECAPITULATIVA DE LOS 3 PUNTOS • Método práctico, sencillo y rápido para determinar el riesgo de una lesión pigmentada. • Elaborado por Argenziano y Cols. a manera de resumen y simplificación de otros métodos en el 2001. • Se tienen en cuenta 3 criterios para diferenciar una lesión maligna de una benigna y orienta sobre la necesidad de realización de una biopsia a una lesión pigmentada.

LISTA RECAPITULATIVA DE LOS 3 PUNTOS CRITERIOS • Asimetría De color, estructuras y bordes en 1 o los 2 ejes perpendiculares • Red pigmentaria atípica Red pigmentaria con trazos acentuados, entretejido irregular y líneas engrosadas. • Estructuras blanco-azuladas Presencia de estructuras de color azul y/o blanco en la lesión.
