  5. PPI Champions Network • Manage PPI Champions Network • Develop & support the role of Champions • PPI Champions Toolkit

  6. PPI Activity in Service Provision • Map PPI activity in Service Areas • Support the development of more innovative opportunities & methods of public involvement & engagement • Promote public engagement as “Everybody’s Business” • Integrate PPI into daily work with staff including a focus on improvement

  7. Outcomes • See “through the patient’s eyes” • Increase the Quantity & Quality of Patient, Carer, Public Engagement activity • Demonstrate change as a result of involvement • Improve Patient, Service User, Carer & Public satisfaction
