Timeline at the Shipyard 1993 Designation as Redevelopment Survey Area 1997 Redevelopment Plan approved • DDA completed between Redevelopment Agency and Lennar/BVHP, LLC (Lennar) • Community Benefits Agreement approved NEXT STEPS (anticipated dates) • “Shipyard Legacy Fund” planning completed and adopted • Sales of Parcel A lots begin
