Summary [1 of 2] • Task Group 1 (TG1) is deriving a draft standard from the Bluetooth™ specification under IEEE PAR 802.15.1 • After Session #16 the Ballot Review Committee (BRC) completed their review and resubmitted the SB3 unresolved comments report to RevCom 1Feb02. • The project will attend the 20Mar02 IEEE-SA StdBd Committee Meetings (RevCom) in Piscataway, NJ USA. • More info: • http://standards.ieee.org/board/stdsbd/meeting-notice.html Ian Gifford, Consultant

RevCom Next Steps • The BRC can contact any member whose comment requires a reply. • We will contact Bruder to try and illicit a change from ABSTAIN to an APPROVAL vote. • We will contact McHugh and see if he has the latest SB3 Unresolved comments from SB3 report [Unresolved-comments-from-SB3.pdf] • 802.15.1 RevCom Mentor GaryR “Be sure he [McHugh] is reading the latest documents because I also do not understand his response. I thought the 802.15 responses were very well done.” dated 8Mar02. • We will deftly contact the remaining six (6) members to determine their vote i.e., Bowman, Engmann, Mehravari, Menchini, Mills, and Thompson. • The BRC will attend the 20Mar02 RevCom Meeting.
