We are committed to ensuring that all low-income youth and adults attain postsecondary credentials with value in the labor market. • To accomplish this, JFF focuses on three key goals: • Accelerate the number of low-income high school students who graduate college and career ready with postsecondary momentum • Accelerate postsecondary attainment and career advancement through education and career pathways leading to credentials with value in the labor market • Significantly alter the national conversation so that aligned education and career advancement systemsare the expected norm and supported in national and state policy and capacity

CAPACITY-BUILDING SERVICES • JFF offers two capacity-building services: Counseling to Careers (CTC) Dynamic Skills Audit (DSA) A curriculum and training to identify “best bet” postsecondary programs; has broad applicability to colleges and their partners – especially around student career guidance A web-based tool that draws on real-time occupational demand, along with the skills and certifications in demand, to map these against program-level course offerings JFF’s Credentials That Work services are proprietary and confidential
