This study explores the influence of therapist factors on the effectiveness of the Incredible Years (IY) parent program in the Netherlands. It examines various factors, including therapist skills, group leader characteristics, and program specific factors. Regression analysis and interaction models are used to analyze the data.

Study into therapist factors • Methods • Four Dutch IY Parent program trials: • 1: Indicated prevention (Posthumus/ Raaijmakers et al., 2012) • 2: Selective prevention (Menting et al., 2014) • 3: Selective prevention and treatment (Leijten et al., 2015) • 4: Indicated prevention (Weeland/Chhangur et al., 2016)
