This final report explores innovative methods and applications for electronic circuits, drawing inspiration from nature. We focus on building a platform to implement evolved Spiking Neural Networks (SNN) while examining the current and expected statuses of neuron connections. The investigation includes both static and dynamic connections between neurons, adapting biological principles to improve electronic circuit design and functionality. Our findings pave the way for next-generation computational models that closely mimic biological processes.
