  3. Writing Surgeries • In term 2, for students attending academic writing classes • 15-20 individual appointment with writing tutor to discuss writing questions or problems • Meeting arranged with tutor at the writing class

  5. Self-study materials • The Centre’s easeseries. Designed for students whose first language is not English • Improve listening and speaking skills in lectures and seminars. The first disk, Listening to Lectures, is on the Warwick tree • Other disks can be bought from Applied Linguistics
