TutorialUser stories • User role PO: • As a PO I wanttoguidetheuserandexplainmainfunctionalitiesandfeatures in thebeginningoftheusage. • As a PO I wanttoinformusersaboutnewimplementedfeaturesandfunctionalities / showtheuserremindersforfeatures& functions he hasn´tusedyet. • User rolefirst time/ registered user: • As a first time user I want to get an overview over the main functionalities and features of the App. • As a user I want the opportunity to open/ use the tutorial on demand. • As a registered user I wanttobeinformedaboutnewfeaturesandfunctionalities in theapp.

  6. TutorialWhich information should be provided? How? • Limited amount of slides to show the main features of the app-keep it short and simple. • Example for possible realization for iPAD: (screens show functionalities: fullscreenview, Queue (drag & drop), ..) • Several options for realization, but we are still in the conceptional stage: • screens (overlays without animations), animations (e.g. HTML5), Videos, ...?

  7. TutorialGoal: mobile optimized page which works for all devices(?) • Challenge: various resolution & sizes of devices: • iOS: 6 different Versions arerequired: • Android:upto180different versions (http://jira.247ms.com/browse/DJT-1) • [Android GA Data: 20.03.- 07.05.2013]
