Where we left off ... • Spatially oriented discussion for workshops #4 and extra workshop #5 • Compiled Planning Sub Area Handbook • Workshop discussion by Sub Area Groups: • Confirming values • Identifying compatibilities - conflict - interactions • Suggesting strategies to mitigate impacts or enhance values • Expectation that TWG would incorporate this input into G2G negotiations and develop draft zones

  7. So, where are we with zoning... • Productive discussions and possible solutions in some areas • More challenging discussions and remaining issues in other areas • Striving to achieve balance and workable solutions that consider all interests

  13. Taku Watershed Emerging agreement • Incremental access direction (G2G) for watershed • Significant new conservation opportunities in the Nakina-Inklin Under discussion • Sloko • Lower Taku • Approach in southern third, acknowledging Tahltan interests
