  4. 2009-10 Budget versus Actual Challenges New Coach started September 09 Lost the majority of the seniors Membership mix did not provide the same income stream Focus of the board and coach was put towards membership instead of fundraising Plans to add a meet did not work out. Paid Coach Kat in the interim to create a smooth transition Other Audit will be completed by Melissa Livasy, results will be posted on the website

  5. Pricing for 2010-11 Dues are slightly higher for this season. Added a punch card system for the High School athletes

  6. 2010-11 Budget Membership growth expected this year Membership mix expected to produce greater income Need to produce more income from meets

  7. Team Unify site • Better Communication through email and website • Automated Billing & payment processing • Meet Entry management • Time Tracking • Volunteer time management for meets • Sponsor fundraising • GetOutSwim.com
