  3. Jurisprudence Requirement 2. Purpose • Public protection initiative • All that is legally allowed to test under Agreement on Internal Trade labour mobility laws • Ensures CDBC registrants know key aspects of legal, ethical and professional requirements for practicing dietetics in BC

Development principles • Fair, reasonable and user friendly • Follows principles of adult learning: • learning must have meaning, be relevant and realistic • learn by doing, active involvement • learn best in an informal situation • Applicable, help them improve their performance in the workplace
