    11. Concept of 1st JCEX THAMAL 1. STAFFEX. Crisis Planning Exercise at operational level executed by THAMAL Combined Task Force (CTF) conducting regional authorized HADR support mission 2. HCA. The conduct of HCA with THAMAL military forces as well as civil-military programmes so as to foster close relationship as well as to operate with interagency departments 3. FTX. The focus is on the exercise of civil-military operations to enhance interoperability, professionalism and training values for exercise participants

CONCEPT AND DESIGN FOR STAFFEX Crisis Planning Exercise at Operational level executed by THAMAL Combined Task Force Supporting Conducting Regional authorized Emergency Relief response mission. Utilizing MNF SOP as guidance. Conducting Crisis action planning processes and the Output is OPORD.

CONCEPT AND DESIGN FOR HCA Humanitarian Civic Action (HCA) programme for JCEX THAMAL is designed as a programme to enhance interoperability and professionalism through civic action programmes between the forces and agencies involved Programmes conducted will cover Engineer Civic Action (ENCAP) programme as well as Medical/Dental Civic Action programme in selected locations by HN

CONCEPT AND DESIGN FOR FTX The combined effort of civil and military cooperation to show case capabilities as well as the exchange of information and the sharing of various experiences in non-conventional capacity building The exercise is design to share information and expertise through Force Integration Training (FIT), Cross Training, the conduct of live exercise and enhancing training values of participating forces and agencies
