Group Commitments - Tilecal Calibration electronics commisioning + development commissioning of all integrators – ADCi – ROBs Beginning 2006 FT at CERN – then on call “shaft-board” (control of 3 calibration systems) ½ 2006 design / prototype cycle Carles + Ilya production & commissioning Carles + Ilya++ Calibration data readout & treatment (via DCS) Ulla General Tilecal commissioning MobiDaq based: for commissiong and standalone cosmic (Ulla) Integrator expert (Ilya++=team) Cosmic Runs: 2006-2007 (some involvment) Tilecal Standalone Cosmic Run (2006), Combined wih Muon System (from Feb2006) & LAr (from May2006) Long-term M&O commitment to Tilecal: 0.5FT + 0.5Student Martine Bosman - Group Commitments - IFAE Atlas Dec.21 2005

  5. Group Commitments – Trigger – Event Filter Finalize design and implement all functionalities Trigger, calibration, monitoring 2006 (Serge 80%, Martine 10%, + ??) Testing functionality, performances, scalability & robustness in testbeds & Cosmics run 2006 (Hegoi 100%, Serge 20%, +??) Commissioning of the EF system in Atlas First ½ 2007 M&O of the Event Filter Second ½ 2007 onwards 0.5 FTE + 0,5 Student >> starting 2007 Serge available 50% for physics Martine Bosman - Group Commitments - IFAE Atlas Dec.21 2005

Group Commitments – Trigger – PESA Finalize design and implemention of system July 06: algorithm review completed do slice tests with DC3/CSC data Dec 06: blind test of HLT selection (Carlos 50%, Ester 50%, Pilar) Integration with detectors Jan 07: progress trough 2006, completed by Jan07 testing with comics Trigger commissioning Mar 07: strategy for commissioning in place initial menus, including pre-scales >> emphasis changes from service to physics in 07 Martine Bosman - Group Commitments - IFAE Atlas Dec.21 2005
