OVERVIEW • First phase investment of 400 million RMB • Construction started in July 2011 • Development focusing on small molecule and large molecule oncology drugs • Three million vials annual capacity for oncology injectables • Joint venture with responsible for Marketing and Regulatory affairs in EU

  3. HUIYU TEAM Mr. HUANG Bingquan, Non-Executive Chairman One of the major investors of Huiyu Pharma; a very successful entrepreneur in real estate, construction material and medtech. Dr. DING Zhao: President, Executive Director Ph.D in Pharmacolgoy from Cambridge, rich experience in Biopharmaceutical product R&D. Zhao is also director of the board of Seacross pharmaceutical. Mr. TIAN Ronglin, Operations VP Total more than 18 yrs. of pharma industry experience in Engineering, production, project, commissioning, validation, quality management. Mr. CHEN Yulong: Quality Manager Engineer, Licensed Pharmacist with 15 years Rich experience in quality & production management, He has been an QP for various firms where he was VP and QP in Hubei Jingjiang River Pharma , Assistant GM and quality director in Winchem responsible fro quality and production management.

SEACROSS TEAM Mr. Douglas B Andrews:Chief Executive Officer Douglas has over 30 years of experience in the global biopharmaceutical industry, 21 of which were with the Schering-Plough Corporation, where he held a series of international roles gaining extensive experience in emerging markets such as Latin America and Eastern Europe. Mr. Julian Attfield: Chief Financial Officer Julian has 17 years of experience working as a Chief Financial and Chief Executive Officer in the global biopharmaceutical industry, and has particular expertise in working with start-ups and Chinese and Indian companies. Mr. David Bilton: Chief Operating Officer David comes with over 25 years experience in global strategic procurement, supply chain management and integrated business development in the pharmaceutical sector from both corporate and generic perspectives. Dr. Alvaro Espina: Technical Director Alvaro Espina has over 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry both within EU based companies and in legal consulting.

Facility Overview Designed by German MW Zander following the most stringent GMP standards of EU, US and China: • Two FDF workshops for oncology injectables(13,000 m2) • R&D and QC labs (4,000 m2) • Warehouse and utility buildings (6,000 m2) • Administration building and staff accommodation (9,000 m2) • Additional land available for expansion

Tech-Transfer • Tech-Transfer • Professional technical team with extensive experience of EU and US GMP • Dedicated team for tech-transfer project with flexibility to adapt to process requirements • Currently 6 EU tech-transfer projects ongoing • Three validation batches sent to UK in September

Product Development • Product Development • R&D center consists of four divisions, synthetic, biological, quality, and formulation • Integrated R&D team with both Chinese and European • Quality by Design & Design space employed during R&D • 5 small molecule drugs in pipeline • 2 monoclonal antibody drugs under development
