  6. And also your search is done in all the county public libraries

  9. Once you have your County of San Diego Library card, Open the link http://sdcl.org/ and search Patient rights

  10. Look the location of the results

  11. I did the same search in Circuit, patient rights http://circuit.sdsu.edu/

  12. Please select the second article listed

  13. Click in the request button

  14. Select San Diego County Library and submit

  15. Please enter the following information
