    2. What is TCRI? Represents a concerted effort on behalf of Tarrant County Government & citizens of Tarrant County to comprehensively accomplish the following: Provide Formerly Incarcerated Persons (FIPs) returning to Tarrant County with the tools and support they need in order to successfully reintegrate back into our community.

    3. Rationale Facilitating the successful reentry and reintegration of the formerly incarcerated population helps to accomplish the following:
