  2. Looks like • A bobcat looks like tufted ears, a spotted coat, and a shout black tipped tail. • Bobcats make long scratch marks. • Bobcats weigh 15 to 30 pounds. • Bobcats have lots of fur.

  3. Food and water • Bobcats eat Rabbits, Squirrels • Bobcats can eat up to about 3lb and (1.4kg) of meat • Bobcats can eat pray They are always on the lookout. • A bobcat spends much of it’s Time hunting for food

  4. Habitats • You can find them in the United states, Canada, Mexico, Forests, woodlands, swamps, mountains and deserts. • They are found where an animal or plant normally lives and grows. • Bobcats can survive in many habitats including deserts (left) and forests (below).

Family life • They are born two months after the Kittens eat solid food. • Cheetahs, Jaguars, Leopards, L ions, Tigers are all in the cat family. • A bobcat is a cat. • Bobcats live in the underbrush. • Male and female bobcats come together only mating time. • Bobcat Kittens begin to learn how to hunt when they are a few months old

Fun facts • bobcats are elusive and nocturnal. • A bobcat is cold blooded, strong and tall. • Bobcats stalk there prey silently before attacking (left) when it is close enough to catch it’s pray the bobcat pounces (below) • Bobcats like to hide behind bushes. • Bobcats are smelled compared to most other wild cats • The bobcat is named for it’s shout bobbed tall.
