The Talk About It initiative provides a vital system for High School and Middle School students to anonymously report bullying and other school-related issues. The recent Climate Survey results indicate that over 93% of students feel their school is a good learning environment. With a focus on improving communication and implementing bullying prevention training for staff, we aim to foster a respectful and safe atmosphere. Key areas for improvement include addressing the issues of bullying, fighting, and disruptive behavior, ensuring that all students feel supported and heard.
