Guide to Adding and Retrieving Notes in BT Wholesale Broadband Escalations Portal

This guide provides instructions on how to add and retrieve notes in the BT Wholesale Broadband Escalations Portal. Notes are visible at the bottom of the Escalation Details screen, showing the two most recent entries. To view additional notes, click ‘Get more notes’. Adding a new note is simple: just click ‘Add notes’, input your information, and hit submit to log it in the escalation record. When notes are added, notifications are emailed to the registered address, ensuring all relevant parties are informed promptly.

  1. BT WholesaleBroadband Escalations PortalAdding or Retrieving Notes

  2. Notes are visible at the bottom of the Escalation Details screen.

  3. The notes section displays the two most recent notes. To view more notes click ‘Get more notes’.

  4. If no more notes are available the message below will be displayed. To add a new note click ‘Add notes’.

  5. Simply enter your additional notes and click submit. These notes will then be logged in the escalation record in BT Wholesale.

  6. Confirmation that notes have been added successfully. Click the link to return to Escalations Details screen.

  7. The notes added will also be visible in the notes section as the most recent note.

  8. Where more than two notes are available, when clicking get more notes a table will be displayed showing older notes.

  9. Clicking get more notes will fetch the next two notes and will update the table.

  10. Once no more notes are available, the message below will be displayed.

  11. E-mail Notifications:When notes are added by BT Wholesale an e-mail notification will also be sent to the e-mail address registered in the CP details screen when the escalation was raised.Notes added at the Portal will also be e-mailed to the escalation owner within BT Wholesale.
