  1. Fleet Manager The Fleet Manager has a comprehensive range of modules for vehicles owned by the company or privately owned. The module has a settings button to set up chart of accounts integration, finance details, payroll settings, payment settings, etc. Other modules include finance repayments, maintenance, fleet details, recovery, approvers, mileage claims, etc.

  2. Fleet Manager The Fleet Details button keeps specific information on each vehicle in a series of tabs covering vehicle details, purchase, warranty, usage and accidents.

  3. Fleet Manager Mileage Claims forms can be entered by employees or contractors which includes the Contract details against which the claim can be recharged. Each from can be sent for Approval to the nominated Approver.

  4. Fleet Manager The Mileage Claims can be approved and then an invoice can be created to recharge these back to clients as appropriate. The system will automatically update payroll with employee pay requirements or order system for contractors.
