  2. SEARCH USERS • Find users with certain authorities: • Drivers • Operators • Read only • Fleet Managers • View permissions

  3. FIND VEHICLES • Report which cars were at a certain place at a certain time • Useful for lost property enquires with hail jobs • Use Route Map / Vehicle Events reports for more detail

  4. NO SHOW REPORT • List booking that were No-Showed where the driver was not at the pickup location • Report show distance the car was away from the pickup address • Click on Job No for booking details • Fleet property No Show Warning Distance

  5. PANIC REPORT • List the driver who instigated a panic over a period of time • Details inclue: • Vehicle • Time instigated/cleared • Approximate location • Click to see the approximate location.

  6. ROUTE MAP REPORT • Shows the vehicle route over a period of time • Can verify a route for a customer complaint • Shows significant events (Offer Accept, Eng/Diseng) • Shows car status (logged out, unavail, vac, booked, eng) • GPS points and speed

  7. VEHICLE EVENTS REPORT • Used where detailed analysis is required • Shows event history • Can view events for multiple vehicles • 2 hour window for normal users • Many event types (view help page)

  8. COVERAGE MAP REPORT • Phone coverage availability • Each dot is an uploaded GPS point • Originally intended to test coverage • Black spot evidence for Telcos

  9. DISPATCH LOCK REPORT • Shows cars that were prevented from getting work • Used or review and abuse prevention • Shows who locked and why

  10. RESPONSE TIME REPORT • Shows the response times by time or zone • Three reports to chose from • Summary • Time breakdown • Zone breakdown • Increase release time for outer zones if response time is large

  11. JOB TOTALS • Shows no. of jobs over a period of time • Includes cancelled and no-show • Various report breakdowns

  12. MINIMUM SERVICE LEVELS • Requested in a specific form from relevant bodies • VTD NSP WAT Data Report saves fleets time and money every month

  13. RECURRING BOOKINGS • Number of days to release is configurable (Period Scheduled Release Days). Default is 7 days in advance • Have to manually modify bookings already released • Useful for school runs and regular bookings • Include or exclude days with diaries • Can mark as Active and inactive • See upcoming bookings

ZONE EDITOR • Use Google Chrome, preferably • Navigate using Pan and Zoom • Follow natural/man-made boundaries • Keep boundary to one side of the boundary/road, not in the centre • Eliminate gaps between zones by snapping vertices • You can Split/Combine zones • Order of zones in the Editor = order displayed in car
