DESIGN BUILD Whether we are building an extension or completely renovating a large home for you, we are fully happy to manage the project from start to finish, giving you total peace of mind. Not only does this remove from you the pressures that can accompany building projects, but it also allows us to liaise with any external suppliers, and to ensure a cost-effective project which completes on time and on budget. • Making your vision a reality is at the heart of our offering. The design of your home is personal to you; it should support your lifestyle, indulge your idiosyncrasies, and reflect your personal preferences. This is where our design process is unique. • We work directly with you to tease out and formalise your vision, creating mood boards and plans, and using our creative skill and expertise to realise your dream

  4. Renovate • We at Chesterblade Building love working with quality materials, beautiful objects and artisan crafts, so renovations are a particular passion of ours. Correctly sourcing reclaimed materials can be key to a renovation project’s success and bringing a project to life. • Getting this right, and seeing a house returned to its former outstanding glory brings us an enormous sense of pride and satisfaction knowing we’ve restored something so amazing.

  5. HOW WE WORK? • We work in partnership with you. We are open and transparent. We will meet with you weekly to discuss progress, but our friendly on-site staff are happy to answer any questions that arise outside of this time. • We are a dedicated team. We work long hours and at weekends to ensure your project is completed to the high standards we expect. We are fully insured and work to industry regulations. • We often work alongside other professionals such as structural engineers, conservation officers, etc. Should other external specialists be required, for example drainage suppliers, we have a trusted network we can recommend. To ensure complete transparency, we ask clients to engage such suppliers directly, so that all costings are clear and open.
