PROTEIN • Functions • Develop & repair bone, muscle, skin, & blood cells • Antibodies • Aid in transport of oxygen, iron, and nutrients • How many percent of your daily intake do you think should be protein? • Found in: • Fish • Meat • Eggs • Nuts • Dairy • 1 Finger =10 percent • 2 Fingers =20 percent • 3 Fingers =30 percent
